Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of cmbusinessbuilders.com and its related pages, including Reputation Builder pages (the “Site”), operated by C&M Digital Marketing, also known as The Business Builders (“C&M,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site and our services
The Site provides general information about our local lead-generation, digital marketing and Reputation Builder services. Descriptions on the Site are not an offer or contract. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement or order, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Market and territory availability can change and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
No guarantee of results
Search rankings, call volume, leads, customers and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search-engine changes, seasonality and your own business operations. Any examples, figures or illustrations on the Site are for illustration only and are not a promise or guarantee of specific results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or unlawful content, scraping it at a scale that burdens it, or using it to send spam. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form.
Reputation Builder content
If you submit a testimonial, story or media, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to submit it, and that you grant the business or professional you reviewed, and C&M on its behalf, permission to store and display it as you choose in the permission options you select. Businesses using Reputation Builder are responsible for collecting testimonials lawfully and for how they use approved content. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, logos, images and other content belong to C&M or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services such as analytics and hosting. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&M and its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
